  • An individual, alone or with a spouse, who has net assets of more than $5 million, or maintains an annual income before tax of $200,000 ($300,000 with a spouse), or provides a minimum investment of $150,000

  • When a project is completed, the profits are returned using our proprietary waterfall model. Most of our funds consistently maintain a preferred return of 12% to 18%. This waterfall model incentivizes Black Oak to maximize performance and aligns our investors interests.

  • At the end of each calendar year, Black Oak mails your completed tax slips and financial disclosure documents. You’ll be able to review your holdings performance over the year and file your included slips with your accountant.
